John (Rip) Hamilton: Owner/Member
Rip's background is in excavation. He came home with his family from Portland area to join the Solar Plexus team in 2000. Rip is married and has three daughters.
Rip has a bachelor's degree in Business from U. of M. He's a hands on, "Just Do It" kinda guy. When things need to get rolling, he solves the problems, proceeds with caution and somehow it just gets put behind us. His people skills, sense of humor and tact have been a great asset to our business these past eight years.
Rip's duties are daily proposals, scheduling, inventory, site analysis, and troubleshooting. He is a NABCEP PV certified, well qualified, highly experienced consultant and installer.
